Summer JAM is a themed weekly club program that meets during summer afternoons and evenings.
Our program provides neighborhood kids a safe place to hang out, have a healthy snack and learn about their part in God’s plan. We play games, make crafts and compete with our teammates to try to be the summer champs! In the midst of all the fun, we’re strengthening friendships and learning about God as we study the life of an Old Testament hero.
If you are looking for a way to make a big impact with a doable time commitment, Summer JAM is an excellent short-term mission. Volunteers generally commit to one day a week for only eight weeks! We are also looking for people who would be willing to fill in for a session or two throughout the summer.
All volunteers receive a lesson plan (via a weekly email) detailing each day of club and the activities involved.
